CakeNuts only does orders for Saturday & Sunday Pick Up at this time.  No weekday (Mon-Fri) pickups.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ORDER FORM UNTIL ORDER DATE IS 4 TO 6 WEEKS OUT.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS MINIMUM TO RECEIVE A PRICE QUOTE ONCE ORDER FORM IS SUBMITTED.  ALSO, PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE  CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR ORDER PICK UPS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.  ORDER PICK UPS DATES ARE ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS ONLY.

On average CakeNuts is booked 4 to 6 weeks in advance for Novelty Cake & Cupcake orders however, cancellations and postponements may occur, so it is always good to check availability.  Availability Inquiries & Orders should ALWAYS be submitted through our website via the Order Form. If you toggle over the "PRICING & ORDERING" tab above you will see the "Order Form" or click this link www.cakenuts.com/order-form . In order to receive an accurate quote (pricing), you must complete & submit the order form. Submission of the order form does not reserve your order date or commit you to purchase.

Please wait until your order date is a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks away before submitting Order Forms.  Please allow at least 7 to 10  days to receive a price quote once order form is submitted.

 

LATE/RUSH ORDERS

Occasionally we are able to squeeze in "last minute/rush orders" after dates have been booked, in the event this happens additional costs may occur. Pricing varies according to order details.

Buttercream frosted cakes are priced according to the amount serving & flavor.

Classic Flavored cakes starting price $5.00 per serving. Specialty Flavors starting price $5.50 per serving.

For Novelty Cakes base pricing affordably starts at $8.50per serving. Specialty flavors start at $8.75 per serving.  Base pricing does not include any details or designs. Character art, abstract art, patterns, lettering, flowers, edible images & signs, and tiered cakes will incur additional fees.  Sculpted cakes (i.e.: Purses, Bottles, Zombies, etc.) have set base pricing, additional details will incur additional fees.  All items will be described in detail per line item on invoices. Please be sure to read your invoices thoroughly! 

Additional $7.00 up charge per tier after 1st tier.

NOVELTY CUPCAKE TOPPERS (Edible Toppers)

Novelty Cupcake Toppers *start at $1.25 per cupcake and go up according to the detail of design.

Cupcakes are only sold by the dozen per flavor. Cupcake toppers are only sold with the purchase of cupcakes.

 

​CRUNCH CAKES

Crunch Cakes come in up to 4 flavors (depending on size). All flavors offered can be found under the Menu Tab above.

The smallest crunch cakes available are the 5 inch extra tall tier which is only offered with up to 2 flavors. The 6 inch extra tall tier which comes in up to 3 flavors.

Tiers can be made larger to accommodate as many as you want, however pricing for the smallest* 2 tiers are listed below.

Crunch Cakes can also be filled with cheesecake or ice cream.

CHEESECAKES- Classic CF Style (With Added Cake Layer)

The CF Style Cheesecake is a 2 layer 1 tier cheesecake (very similar to Cheesecake Factory). 

The bottom layer is all NY Style Cheesecake, while the top layer is cake.

Cake flavor depends on the flavor cheesecake you choose.

​ICE CREAM CAKES

Ice cream cakes start at $8.50 per serving. Character art, abstract art, patterns, flowers, lettering, and edible images & signs, will incur additional fees. All pricing will be broken down on invoices. Please order your ice cream cakes 10 weeks in advance as they take considerably longer to make and design. Please note, there is a $6.00 up charge for fresh fruit.

PIES & COBBLERS

Pies and Cobblers. We offer a variety of pie and cobbler flavors.  Our pies start at $15 and our cobblers come in 2 sizes.  Small cobblers start at $25 and large cobblers start at $40. Pricing varies in accordance to filling flavors.

 

The *start price is the minimum purchase amount you will pay and may increase significantly depending on the details of your order.  A 6% tax & Paypal fees will be added to all orders. Generally CakeNuts does not deliver, however on occasion exceptions will be considered, depending availability for the requested delivery date, delivery location, and delivery fees will be incurred.

BROWNIES

Brownies come in 3 different flavors, and with or without nuts.

Starting pricing for Brownies is $20 per dozen

 

CAKE DECORATING PARTIES

The guest minimum for a Cake Decorating Party is 5 participants.  The Base price for parties start at $35 per participant.  Pricing is dependent upon cake size, cake design, details, amount of fondant needed & fondant colors required

Unfortunately we DO NOT DELIVER.  Orders can be picked on the following days & times.  If these times are not convenient other times may be scheduled, (By appointment only).

EROTIC XXX CAKES

CakeNuts also features an intimate line of XXX Erotic cakes. These can be found on Facebook on our ErotiCakeNuts page. These cakes are FOR ADULT EYES ONLY, again, they are not for young eyes. This page does have an age restriction of 18 & older. Pricing and ordering process is the same as CakeNuts Novelty Cakes (above).

Please allow at least 5 days to receive a price quote once order form is submitted. And please complete the order form in order to receive an accurate quote. (No Form, No Quote).

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice to confirm your order and reserve your date.  Payments can be sent via PayPal (kelliejamel@gmail.com) ,Cash App $CakeNutsCakes), or Zelle (703-675-2656).   You should pay this amount immediately upon receiving your invoice to avoid losing your date as someone could submit an Order Form for that same date along with their deposit and book your date. CakeNuts works on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.  The remaining balance is due within 7 days (1 week) of your order date.  Invoices must be “paid in full” within 7 days of your pick up date and prior to starting your order & to prevent cancellation.  For late orders (for invoices received the week of your date needed), please paid in full.  We will send out payment reminders prior to cancelling your order and unpaid invoices will receive a notice of cancellation. CakeNuts takes limited orders and works on a first come, first serve basis therefore a 20% (20% of your total invoice) cancellation fees apply to all orders within 5 days of your order date.  For postponements your deposit will be applied towards your new date. Cancellations 5 days or more of your order date will receive a full refund.   Unfortunately CakeNuts does not ship cakes and does not have desserts readily available for "tastings" or additional orders prepared for direct purchase without previous submission of a formal order form. All CakeNuts orders are homemade and custom, specific to each individual customer.

Cake Decorating Parties. 50% Deposits are due upon receipt of invoice in order to reserve party date..  Full payment is due within 21 days/ 3 weeks of your party date.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

In order to receive a full refund parties must be cancelled 15 days BEFORE your party date. (ie: Party Date is July 25, party must be cancelled by July 10). Due to scheduling & availability anytime thereafter 25% of your deposit/payment will be nonrefundable.

CakeNuts does not offer refunds for cake transport issues.  Once the cake leaves CakeNuts premises we will not longer be responsible for the well being or safe travel of the cake/dessert.  Also please be sure to read your invoices thoroughly, the descriptions on invoices are taken directly from your submitted order form.  In the event that the description is not accurate please be sure that ou receive a new updated invoice with the correct information. Change request sent verbally or thru any form of text or email should be accompanied by and updated invoice as orders are made in accordance with the invoices.  CakeNuts is responsible for making updates and sending updated invoice however Customers should also ASK in th even that one is not sent.  CakeNuts is often bombarded with calls and orders and sometimes these types of things slip thru the cracks and can result in updates not being made after order has been made...which at that point it is too late.  PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE PRIOR TO INVOICE UPDATES BEING MADE... Your invoice serves at your contract and payment confirms that your agree with everything on your invoice including your order description.

 

CakeNuts does cakes for most occasions to include: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Anniversaries, Promotions, Church Events, and Retirements…

CAKENUTS DOES NOT DO: CAKE POPS, WEDDING CAKES, CAKE TASTINGS OR DELIVERIES.

COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS

As the creator of all cakes and the author of all cake images hereunder, the CakeNuts Cakes, L.L.C. retains full copyrights to all images provided per U.S.C. Title 17 (U.S. Copyright Law), full resolution .jpeg image ownership for all cake images and photographs extended to customer by CakeNuts Cakes L.L.C.  The Customer may distribute any image without limitation. CakeNuts Cakes L.L.C. retains all rights to use images for portfolio, samples, self promotions, magazine advertisements & articles, or professional competition and review (online or in print), but will not use images for any other purpose without first notifying customer.
